Thai boxing

The boxing is savage, vicious fast and exciting. A live band of drums and pipes plays when ever the fighters clash. raising the atmosphere to fever pitch. The crowd scream out chants which change depending on the kick and blows delivered

There were 2 elbow-stab knockouts that evening but it happened so quick i took me a moment to realise what had happened. When we got home the family had been watching the whole event on TV and aparently the cameras kept zooming in on me as i looked on earnestly trying to work out the scoring system.

	Thai Boxing is a world renowned and has a unique style all of its own. The evening kicked off fireworks screaming horizontally low over head, there was an explosion of sparks and noise, where they landed i dont knowever it got the heart raceing and set the scene for an exciting evening. There was a crowded arena for the evenings bouts which were to be broadcast live on TV. Young boys of 8 or 9 were fighting, there were foriegner bouts and many classes of Thais fighting.
